Georgina makes hats and headpieces for all occasions - whether you are looking for something for a wedding, a day at the races, a bridal headpiece or simply an everyday hat, she will help you find something elegant and sophisticated to top off your outfit.
 

Bespoke - for you
Georgina offers a one-to-one bespoke service to ensure you will find that perfect style for you.  All of her pieces are handmade to order, and she will help work through the common challenges that people face when choosing a headpiece, such as colour matching, style and sizing. Even if you are not a hat person, she will help you break the "fear" and see the vast possibilities that you could try, leaving you feeling confident in your choice of headwear.    

There are plenty of styles on the website that can be adapted or that can help inspire you.  Please contact us with your request.

When will I receive my order?

Every hat is created by hand and can take 2-4 weeks to be made, depending on the design.  Postage takes 2 working days for UK delivery and an average of 6 working days for international post.  I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

If you require your order sooner, please contact us as we may be able to accomadate a rush order.

Postage

All items are dispatched by special delivery within the UK and International Signed For outside of the UK, we are unable to send to a PO Box or Mail Receiving Centre address.
Standard postage is free on orders over £120 worldwide.  A courier service can be arranged – please contact me for quote details.

Colours

Please note that colours may vary due to screen resolution or suppliers fabric batches. This is not classed as faulty or a defect, please contact me if you would like a colour swatch prior to your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only on ready to wear pieces. I regret that I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke or customised in any way.   An exchange can be made, depending on the availability of an item.

 

To request an exchange or return you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item and they must be returned unworn, unmarked and complete with their original tags in place, within 10 days.

A deduction may be made from the refund for any diminution in value as a result of handling beyond what’s necessary.


The customer is responsible for any return postage costs.

Cancellations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods at any time within the seven working days from the day the customer receives the goods, referred to as the cooling off period. 

If I receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven-day cooling off period, I will refund the purchase price for that item excluding postage charges.


Goods that have been personalised to the customers specifications are exempt from this cancellation right.
