Refund policy
Most of my designs are handmade to order or to customer specifications. I am sure that you will be delighted with your order, however if you would like to process a return please see the policy below.
I regret that I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke, made to order or customised. However, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return for alteration, provided a return is requested within 7 days of receipt and items are returned within 14 days. Additional costs may be incurred. Please contact me at info@georginablyth.com to advise of the reasons.
Returns are only accepted on ready to wear pieces and may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of delivery and return within 14 days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any postage fees or duties charges.
Before returning any item you must notify us of the retun by email - info@georginablyth.com
Items not advised or returned within these timeframes will be accepted at the discretion of Georgina Blyth Millinery.
All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with their original tags in place as received, to the following address Georgina Blyth Millinery, 39 Abbots Close, Shenfield, Essex, CM15 8LT.
You are responsible for paying for any costs for returned items and it is advised to return items using registered post as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
If there is any indication that the items has been used/worn, the item will be returned to the buyer.
