Lead Times

Most of my designs are handmade to order or to customer specifications and are ready to ship between 2-6 weeks depending on design, please see individual items for up to date lead times.  You will be advised of your exact dispatch date once you have placed your order.  If you require your hat sooner than this please advise the date that you require the item before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate a rush order.

Shipping is free on all UK orders

We make every effort to deliver the items within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances and we are not liable for any delay in delivery.

Items cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address when placing your order.

UK Orders

Once you are advised of your dispatch date all items are sent, within the UK, by Royal Mail Special Delivery and can take up to 3 days for delivery. 

International Orders

If you would like to order from outside the UK, please contact me to confirm postage costs (approx £30 Europe, £70 Worldwide) Once you are advised of your dispatch date items can take up to 7 working days to arrive from date of dispatch.   Please note the price you have paid is for the hat and shipping.  Local taxes or duties may be payable on receipt and are not included in payment to us.  It is your responsibility to pay for these.  Your item will be dispatched by our chosen carrier.

Optional Courier Service

If you would prefer to use a specific courier service then this can be arranged at an additional cost to the buyer.
